Still have questions?
Yes. All students must be registered and enrolled before attending their first lesson. Please contact us to begin the enrollment process.
Enrollment is based on availability. Spots fill quickly, especially for group programs. We recommend contacting us as early as possible to secure your spot.
Yes! We proudly accept charter school funds from: Pacific Coast Academy, SoCal Scholars, Sage Oak, Compass, Freedom Academy, and Element Education.
Contact us first to confirm enrollment availability. Then submit a purchase order or service agreement through your charter school's vendor portal. Our front desk will guide you through each school's specific process.
We accept debit and credit cards only. A 3% processing fee applies. A $25 late fee is assessed for payments not received 5 days before the first lesson of the month. We do not accept cash or checks.
Tuition is calculated based on the number of scheduled lessons in a given month multiplied by your per-lesson rate. Months vary between 3 and 5 lessons depending on the calendar.
Your first month's tuition will be prorated based on the remaining lessons in the month from your start date.
Yes, with advance notice. For private lessons, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. For group lessons, 1-hour advance notice is required. Makeups are subject to availability.
We work directly with SDRC for eligible students. Please contact our front desk with your SDRC authorization details and we will coordinate billing on your behalf.
We offer a 10% family discount for multiple siblings enrolled simultaneously, and a 10% full-session discount for students who pay for an entire session upfront. These discounts cannot be combined.
Sibling discounts apply to privately paying families only. Charter school and SDRC billing rates are set by those organizations and are not eligible for additional discounts.
Yes. We observe major holidays and school breaks throughout the year. These no-lesson dates are factored into the session schedule and your monthly tuition calculation.
The 2026โ€“2027 session schedule and full holiday calendar is available at the front desk and sent to all enrolled families via email at the start of each school year. Please contact us for the latest dates.
Yes โ€” we hold two recitals per year, in May and December. Participation is encouraged but not required. Recitals are a wonderful opportunity for students to perform in a supportive, celebratory environment.
Requirements vary by program. For piano students, a keyboard with at least 61 weighted keys is recommended. Drum students benefit from a practice pad or electronic kit. Voice students only need a quiet space and a device for backing tracks.
Enrollment is continuous โ€” lessons continue until you notify us. To unenroll, please contact the front desk with at least two weeks' notice before your intended last lesson date. There are no cancellation fees.
